How to make a Jalapeno Pineapple Cocktail:

• Infuse with tequila (best for a bright, tropical + spicy profile)
  (vodka works for a milder, cleaner version)
• Pour 2 oz over fresh ice
• Top with sparkling water or a splash of citrus soda
• Give a gentle stir to combine
• Garnish with a Pineapple wedge
• Extra Polish: add Tajin or salt to glass rim before pouring
